For my first official content post, I thought I would share with you from the very beginning, my experimentation with Essential Oils. I recently purchased the Premium Started Kit through the brand Young Living. Young Living is a Seed to Seal brand, which means that they have guaranteed the highest quality of oils, to consistently benefit their consumers.
I have been using some form of essential oils personally since I was young. My mom introduced me to the power of Tea Tree Oil when I was a young teenager, just beginning to suffer with zits and acne. For me, it was a GAME CHANGER! I have used it as a spot treatment every since then and it has worked so well. I have always believed in their power, however not until now have a dove in head first.
When purchasing the Welcome Kit, you get a wide variety of products. You can chose from a couple of different diffuser options (depending on what they have in stock) and you get a nice variety of Young Living products and oils to get you started.
Also, just a heads up, I did sign up with a link through another Young Living member, so because of this I did receive items from her in a Welcome Box that are pictured here which are NOT included in the Starter Kit. Aside from this however, there is a plethora of amazing products that you receive when you sign up.

I have been using and diffusing essential oils for a few years now. What is new for me is the research in to the non-toxic and family friendly side of things. For me, this includes for cleaning around the home, laundry, and digestive use, as well as the always popular diffusing of different oils and oil blends.
Overall you do get 12 oil bottles in your starter kit, the 10 pictured here, as well as two that come with a roller top insert as well, allowing you to apply it easily directly to the skin. Those two are Stress Away and Peace&Calming. The white bottles in the kit are vitality oils, basically meaning that they are able to be ingested in some way. This could, for example, be dissolved in water or tea, or used for cooking! Personally, I am so excited to begin experimenting with using them in recipes! Colin LOVES cooking, which bodes very well for me as I am not the best chef… (shhhh). Digize, from what I’ve heard, is also supposed to be a miracle for heartburn and acid re-flux during pregnancy, yes please!
This welcome box also included many small, to-go size Thieves hand sanitizers, which as we all know, are very useful in our current daily lives. Speaking of the day to day, that was one of my biggest inspirations in starting this journey. The world right now is crazy, and if I can do something for my little bubble that has the potential to make me, and my family, feel better and be healthier over time, now feels like the perfect opportunity.
